| Wow! - 7/30/2017
Checking crime rates and WOW! Don't think I've ever seen them ranked that high for both property and violent. Not even in California. Sad. You'd think a little mountain town would be the opposite.

| Keep on moving - 2/21/2017
First came to Crossville in the 1970s. Back then it was a cute little town. It's gone way downhill since then. Alarmingly high crime rate. The city council is run like a circus. The school board isn't much better. The city is losing jobs. Lots of old people who don't care about paying for good schools. Very little shopping except Walmart and Kmart, and the only restaurants are typical chain stuff. Crossville has definitely lost its charm.

| Not very friendly people - 2/24/2015
I an from New York and very proud of it, I was raised to be respectful and treat people how I would want to be treated no matter the your race, color, or religious believes. Well in Crossville people are closed minded, rude, and I think they were never taught about being respectful toward others. Not a good place to move to. I would not recommended it to anyone.

| Tennessee Golf Capitol - 6/2/2009
We have 10 golf courses - very nice. The climate is great and friendly people. We moved to the area in 1985 and it was heaven, but like everything else, it has changed with more people moving in. We tried Florida for a while and moved back and I think we'll stay here for good.
