Great place to vacation - 1/24/2018

Rehoboth Beach has an abundance of things to do for people of all ages, and it hosts some of the cleanest beaches in the country. The boardwalk has amazing restaurants, shops, and funland for games and rides. Cape Henlopen state park has a fishing pier, bike trails, camping, tours, kayaking, beaches, learning center, and nature watching. Definitely worth checking out as you won't run out of things to do.

Housing is quite costly in-town, but... - 12/2/2014

I live in the Rehoboth Beach area, and it seems to me that the cost of buying a home inside the city limits of Rehoboth is considerably higher than the median listed here. Although you can get a condo in the $400K range, real estate listings for a single family home are usually more than $700K. However, the cost of living very nearby is within reach for most middle class households. There are oodles of housing developments on the other side of the Coastal Highway with prices that range from the mid-to-upper $200Ks for a new town home, to above $1 million for a huge place with access to Rehoboth Bay. For those on a much tighter budget, there are also quite a few very nice mobile home communities. All of these housing options would still put you within 2-3 miles of the boardwalk, shops, etc of Rehoboth Beach, even though they are technically within "unincorportated Sussex County."

Fun and Sun - 7/6/2011

Rehoboth Beach is a great vacation spot that offers a lot of recreation for families. We have beaches you can drive on to go surf fishing as well as beaches with bath house and snack bar accomodations to keep the kids happy and comfy. On the boardwalk, you can find wonderful restaurants and shops along with, of course, amusement rides and games! Within minutes, you can be at a water park and it's easy to find the bike/walk trail. There is so much to do in the summer and now Rehoboth Beach is now a great place to be in the Fall. We have The Jazz Festival and The Seawitch! It's a great place to vacation or, better yet, to own your own little piece of Rehoboth Beach so you can be here to enjoy the fun all year round!
