| This city has terrible schools. Graduation rate is about 60% for the city. Unemployment is much higher than reported, it is just most people have run out of benefits. The crime rate is through the roof. The average non-professional worker earns around $8.00 per hour. The foreclosure listing in the weekly paper is at least two pages long. There are abandoned houses on every block. I would not recommend moving to this place if you want children and want them to have a future.
