Really Great Place to live!

I lived here in 2009 for about half a year and my opinion about the place is great! It is home to some of the friendliest people in the world. When I first arrived, the policehad come to my house to welcome me. It is a small town, of about a couple thousand.It is a really small town, but there is plenty to do outdoors. There are a total of three lakes in Altamont. Its rains alot, humid in the summer and freezing or sometimes below in the winter. The education there is prety good. Alot better than where i currently live. the only reason why I had left was because there is no work there. If not for that, I would probably still live there. But yet again, where is there work other than Texas? I miss the town and wish I could still be there.
