The Sun City West area does not have any schools,even though there are some parts of the community that does pay school taxes to Peoria and Surprise We are operating as a retirement community and operate under HOPA and other laws.. No one can live in this community unless they are 55 plus years of age and no one under the age of 19 can live here permanently.
