Morro Bay is mostly a small,quiet,working fishing and retirement community.It is located approximately 12 miles north of San Luis Obispo,Ca.The weather here is mild most of the year,right now(late January)we have days in the upper 50's to low 70's,nights in 30's and 40's.Everything is green from recent rain,while the rest of the country is getting an Artic blast.This county has several MICRO CLIMATES,as terrain varies from coastal beaches to higher elevations just minutes away, inland.This is a beautiful place to live,with lots of varied things to do,but, real estate is thru the roof and California taxes everything!
