| My sister lives in "nice" Lilburn 15 minutes away and her home was broken into and robbed between 12:30p.m and 3:30pm and her home is on the corner of a main road. On Habins road three minutes from my house a DEA agent was shot and killed today attempting to take someone in today. Gangs are also a way of life in this neighborhood.

This is NOT true for all areas of Norcross. There are three different Norcross zip codes. Households range from affluent to low income. This view by Sparkles sounds somewhat racist. What is wrong with having students in schools who speak other languages. What have you done to help the community? By the way, thanks for acknowledging that SOME of the people are nice.[read more...]

It's a mess. People park cars in their front yards. they have garage sales every weekend. They throw their garbage in the streets. The litter is unbelievable. The unemployed hang around and look scroungy - they don't even look as if they are willing to take a job if one was offerred. Norcross is now "Little Mexico" with more Spanish speaking people than any other language. Over 47 languages are spoken by the students in our schools. SOME of the people are nice, hard working and they take care of their property, but the renters! Ay yi yi yi! The renters just don't care about anything but getting free handouts.[read more...]
