Sebastopol, CA really is a great place to live. Located only 50 miles north of San Francisco in the beautiful Sonoma County Wine Country, Sebastopol retains its small-town apple-farming charm but combines it with forward thinking and life's little pleasures such as great local food, good schools (public and private), and a safe family atmosphere. Open-minded people will do well here as will those who prefer a conservative touch - refined, fairly moderate and well-educated with a dash of hippie-green-sustainable.
