Looking for job with free rent included

Is Sequim a nice place to live with mostly sunny days? I heard it does not get much rain and the sun shines a lot so it is a great place to live if you love outdoor activities. I am thinking about moving to Sequim because I have always loved the Mts and the beach and it seems in Sequim I would have the best of both worlds. Does anyone have a job that would include free housing? I could also paint/fix up/remodel living quarters in return for free housing until I find a job. I have receptionist, clerical, customer service, photography, retail, delivery, cashier and child care experience. I am compassionate, honest, organized, clean, quiet (not a partier), flexible, artistic/creative. I have one well behaved indoor cat that will be living with me which seems to be a deterrent in finding decent housing but I am too attached to give him up.
