| For a vibrant 44 yr. old single woman coming here fr. Manhattan 8 yrs. ago, I am still in culture shock. This is a vacation/retirement community. Jobs are slim to none, unless you work in healthcare. My condo is worth practically nothing. It is not cheap to live here, home taxes are high, even groceries. There is little or nothing to do here. Yes, I hate it and cannot afford to move back to NYC anymore.
