Relocating?

Me and my husband are planning a move to Florida and I was looking for information on the Bonita Springs area. Is it hard to find a rental property there? We would like to buy but have been told by several people to rent first to get a feel of the area. I am a college student working on a Bachelors in Health Care Administration and my husband is a culinary school graduate. How hard will it be for us to find jobs? Also I have a 10 year old daughter and another baby on the way. How are the schools? Some people have said that the Florida schools are horrible...is that true? I mean, I know that no place is perfect, but we are looking for somewhere better than where we are (Southern Ohio). Any information anyone can give would be helpful! Thanks!
