| I moved to Helena from Florida. Although I miss Florida, Helena is a nice little town to live in except for rush hour traffic. Life is very quiet in Helena and we have an almost non-existant crime rate. There is enough business in Helena for the necessities of life. Within 15-30 minutes, one has great shopping and a variety of restaurants. Atlanta is just a couple of hours, Chattanooga about two and a half and Nashville three.
