Strong community collaboration. Real Property affordable compared to other NJ municipalities. Close to major highways, public transportation and shopping centers. Large areas of industrial development, but zoned so that, for the most part, residential areas are sectioned outside of industrial areas. Residents are working families, semi-professionals, professionals and seniors. Some ethnic diversity - mostly Caucasian (Italian, Czech, Polish, German, Ukrainian), but some Asians, Hispanics and people of African ancestry.

located within a moments drive to all major hiways that are perfect for the easy commute. Public transportation either choose the bus line or train are conveinently nearby to make commuting a snap. Major airport within 30 minute drive. Head to the north and travel up the mountains or towards the west where you will see country like settings. The location is so ideal where you can work at a distance but have the pleasure of coming home and relaxing in a most comfortable setting. It definitely is worth the trip home.[read more...]
