Aventura is a nice place but the summer time is pretty hot and you have to worry about hurricanes.

You are just minutes from the beach. Aventura is pretty much all condos, but the majority of them are very nice. You can pick up a nice 1 bed room apartment for $1300+ a month. A little higher then else where in South Florida, but the location is great and the community much nicer. Crime is very low. There's the Aventura Mall with lots of great shopping including a 24 screen AMC theater and there are a lot of restaurants nearby. South Beach is only 15 mins away too.[read more...]
