| I moved to Clermont in February of '07. I love the fact that there are so many hills. Considering most of FL is flat it's refreshing. Going biking on the South Lake trail is very nice. That being said. It is pretty busy as far as traffic is concerned. There are certain parts of Clermont that are not very nice as far as communities are concerned. There is only one High School for a city that has grown by leaps and bounds. I would say Clermont is growing and in a couple of years it will be an okay place to live and raise a family.
