Pros:
1. Low crime rate
2. Excellent school system
3. Affordable place to live
4. Home to the University of Missouri
5. Overall good place to live and raise a family

Cons:
1. UM is a big party school
2. High cost of housing
3. The economy is dominated by UM, so it's hard to find employment if you don't want to work there
