I visited there over the weekend, and really! liked it. Being a Senior (young) was considering moving here. My son-in-law mention that there are gangs in an around certain areas, but that the crime was (low??). How can I find out about the crime rate for 2010/2011.

The crime is really bad, try Florida, much better, we just moved here, and it's been a really bad experience, normally I am very hospitable and open minded. In other words if the people here don't want you here, they will do everything to try to drive you out.

Crime rate is bad because of problems with white/black issues, not necessarily the blacks fault, the whites here are extremely rude and have attitudes.

Crime rate should be online for any city, just try to google it. I hope you're not talking about Savannah Ga, high crime,and not so good schools. Try Florida.
