Although housing is inexpensive, property taxes, state income taxes and increasing taxes on consumables, are onerous. Over 30% of the state's income taxes originated from Wall St. and with economic downturn and new regulation coming, taxes will increase. 1500 sqare foot townhouse= $6300, also among highest utilities in US. Buyer Beware.
