EXCELLENT HEALTH CARE AND SCHOOLS BUT THE WINTERS ARE VERY VERY LONG AND COLD. THE SUMMERS ARE WAY TO SHORT. THE WEATHER IS SIMILAR TO ENGLAND. COLD, DAMP OVERCAST. GOOD PLACE TO RAISE FAMILY
