I have lived in Fairview 11 years. Very quiet town located in Williamson County, has great schools,great police force, health care clinics, new Publix(has other supermarkets also)Walmart and Taco Bell opening soon. Town has a rural feel with increasing amenities being offered. I feel safe living here
