real estate costs have soared here / cost of living is high. We are leaving CA to retire.....the growth in Placer Co. has been enormous in the last 10 years. This location is best for the financially well-off and ambitious. Even Hwy 65 out to Sun City Lincoln Hills is a traffic night mare.
