| There are about 4 months in which the temperature is 100 or above which makes it uncomfortable. Winter days are great with no snow to shovel. You only have to wear your jacket in the morning because in the afternoon you can strip down to your T-shirt. We have a lot of neighbors have that go away in summer and come back in the winter. That's why we call them snow birds.
