I am not sure what your experience is but DC is one of the most diverese and exciting cities anywhere. Maybe you should losen up yourself and stop hanging out with the stiffs. Stop touring the monuments and maybe hit Blues alley. Stay off Embassey Row and maybe hit M street. You sound silly saying that DC is not fun. Most folks would greatly disagree with you
