Great public schooling system and plenty of available shopping and infrastructure for comfortable living and mild climate changes year round. Uniquely located between all major cities of Southern California. Suffers from typical California housing problems with higher than necessary housing prices and higher than normal foreclosure rate. Great place for raising a family and enjoyable lifestyle.
