Rent: Going Up, Up, Up

I no longer live in Newark, but I grew up there. I also work p/t in the city. I am noticiing that rents are starting to be well above $1000 for a 1 or 2 bedroom apt. This is due to the many new townhomes that are being built. It is an excellent time to buy investment properties, but a not so good time for renters.
