Val-P no bad neighborhoods

Quiet little town at the front gate of Eglin Air Force Base. Although the property values have gone through the roof in the last 10 years it is a wonderful place to live. 20 minuter drive to some of the finest beaches on the planet and world class deep sea fishing. Some of the waterfront homes can accomadate a deep water boat at your own dock with access to the Gulf. Inland just eneugh to weather any hurricane in the last 30 years with nothing more than a few shingles missing.
