| $13,000!!!! My parents have a house, no inground pool, the only thing other than the house is the driveway and shed, not even a quarter of an acre.. and their property tax is $13,000 and RISING!!! thats so wrong! the value of the houses are wack here.... a little box here, let alone NJ, is worth way over $100,000! they overbuild the housing here, yet they cant finish "Marissa Ct" on winslow road because of WATER ISSUES and other things.... alot of people are going to forecloser also within the next 2 years.... mainly next year... I HATE NJ TOO!! I hate how NJ screws you over health wise and financially!

Converted from rural community to suburban residential within the past 15 years. Now overdeveloped, ample shopping, congested roads, high property taxes, no cultural amenities.[read more...]
