Spring Hill, Get what you pay for...

You truly get what you pay for in Spring Hill. The reason so many move here is because housing is lower than many areas. That is why I did. I could no longer afford the prices in Pinellas County. But there is very little public service, bare minimums. Very little public transportation and the schools are good but not state of the art. But I pay lower property tax, no city tax, no state tax and lower sales tax. You have to realize that when you pay more, you get more. I love my neighborhood and my children are thriving.
