Lake City is the not a clean town,if you don't believe me check out the streets,parking lots,city parks and the ditches in and around town.The rednecks put their trash in the back of the pickup and drive down the highway at 60 miles an hour.I lived there I know!Inmate crews spent all day just cleaning the town 7 days a week.
