Quality of life in South Florida (Dade and Broward

Housing is through the roof. First time buyer for homes will have to settle on an apartment. High taxes and insurance both on homes and vehicles. Traffic is highly congested, the transit system in South Florida is poor.
People are not the friendliest. High Schools are poorly rated.

Temperature stays in the mid 80's but lots of humidity that makes it feel in the high 90's. Lots of hurricanes. Beaches are beautiful. Winters are warm. You can even wear shorts on Christmas day.
