The title says alot, this place has slowly been taken over by transplants from MASS who come in and run for election on the Boards, then force their agenda with no regard for the public opinion. A small minority of transplants run this town, so beware, unless of course you yourself are an elitist bleeding heart liberal with a great pension and can afford the ridiculous property taxes, in that case you'll be right at home. But sooner or later the working man will be forced out of this town. Too bad because its a nice area, but the stranglehold on development of both residential and commercial has taken its toll, and the no end in sight property tax increases mean you will NEVER own your home. You'll always be indebted to the town, county and state forever so keep your nose to the grinding wheel so you can churn out those bucks to pay your property taxes. The municipal depts are always asking for more money, the co-op schools are awful and out of control on spending, this will be the death of this area, TAXES. Look elsewhere....
