Look, I grew up in the city, went to a prominent Catholic high school there . . . the place reeks of corruption, pretension, and sleaze. At my school there may have been 2 black folk in the entire place. Whites and minorities to this day STILL do not get along. Money, money, money is all that counts in Atlanta. Very sad because I enjoyed it growing up. It was a fun place, and not so crowded. Left in 2002. The only plus I will give Atlanta is that on occasion one will find a bit more economic opportunity. But you give up decency, respect, courtesy, and lifestyle for that . . . and it is not THAT much more than what one finds elsewhere. Not kidding. Leave the septic tank. Now. At once. Escape. And live : )
