General Info on Scottsdale

Scottsdale is broken into two main sectors North and South. Most of south Scottsdale is becomming more unfavorable. North Scottsdale is beautiful, but housing costs even in the downturned market are un-affordable for the average income.
There are only two seasons here, Spring and Summer. Summer stay's in the triple digets for aprox 6 months (3-4 of those at 110) so get used to staying indoors.
