Too small

With less than 200 people, its hard to create a life here. It's a gorgeous place and people are friendly, yet I could not seem to meet any reliable people. Crestone seems to be mostly flaky pot smoking hippy types. People do not honor their agreements or follow through on what they say. For such a small community this is critical. So for single people I suggest either bringing your own support system or finding a bigger city to live in.
The economy is nearly non existent and its easy to get bored if you do not have a car. Oh, there is absolutely no public transit.
And finding a good rental is tough.
Overall it's a great place to visit but not a good place to live.
