Nice Town .. but mediocre restaurants and develope

Why a vibrant coastal town with a picturesque river lacks 'a' let alone 'some' good restaurants is inexplicable. The political corruption situation is unfortunately, universal. Also unfortunately, property taxes and a recently announced 50% insurance hike are forcing a lot of older, longtime residents to relocate or live a lot more austerely than they ever imagined 7 - 10 years ago. Also the wife insists that I make mention of the wrenched lack of shopping opportunities Wilmington offers. But when seeking elsewhere to relocate, you fast realize there's not that many other places to seriously consider.
