High cost of Living

Have lived in Juneau since 1985. Unless you have a college degree and like rain for get it. The cost of living, food, utilities very high. On a sunny day the place is heaven. Great tourist trap. I live a one from the Mendenhall Glacier. Low paying jobs are plenty, but the cost of housing makes in impossible to enjoy the outdoor. In other words. you got to work longer hours to live. Selling a house is plus.
