moving from Binghamton to relocate in Florida

Binghamton is a nice family oriented , small college town, the traffic not too bad , Crime isn't so bad , limited mostly to parts of the city,
Major problem is the cold weather , and weather related , such as snow and ice, November to March , and occassionally October and April, sometimes flooding can be a problem.
Cold is the reason we want to move to Florida.
