| I've lived in South Florida my whole life and Plantation is by far the best city I've resided in. It's close to everything you can possibly want or need. Only 15 minutes from the beach, close enough to enjoy, but not so close that you have to evacuate for a Hurricane warning. Minutes from the Sawgrass Mall, Bank Atlantic Center, Dolphins/Marlins Stadium (currently be named Landshark Stadium). Easy access to major highways to shoot down to South Beach and Key West, or northbound up to Orlando and the theme parks, or westbound over to Naples. The weather is gorgeous and neighbors are friendly.

All the cities in south Florida run together so it's hard to know what city you are in from West Palm Beach to South Miami. Plantation is OK. It's just west of Ft. Lauderdale. Crime isn't too bad.[read more...]
