Columbus - small size with a very small town menta

Columbus is still way behind the times in a lot of ways. Very tough town to make friends or get into a 'click'. Miserable HOT summers and very mild, almost warm winters. Shopping is not great and too many chain restaurants, but Atlanta is 100 miles away. Not very tech savvy people.
