Wildomar is rural yet close to good eating, shopping, entertainment and major health facilities. The weather is triple digit in the summer and warm with low humidity year round. The crime rate is fairly low compared to the national avaerage. The cost of living is typical Califionia expensive and heavily taxed.

Nice Balance - 3/30/2010

If you like your weather warm but not desert sizzling this might be a good choice. Wildomar has hotter summers than the ocean affected LA area but cooler than the desert areas to the east. Planting Zones are Sunset 18 /19 or USG 10 making for a relatively moderate climate on the warm side. Coupled with affordability and access to LA and San Diego it makes for a good compromise. Better place to vacation than live! - 5/11/2006

It's a nice place to live as far as weather goes and things to do and see, however, it is very expensive and beginning to make it hard to live within your means, having to cut back on many things that should be a normal way of life.
