I lived in Bakersfield for almost 40 years and I am so HAPPY that I could finally get out of there. Everything that has been said on this sight that is negative is true. For the Bakersfield lovers out there, enjoy that conservative, bible thumping, apathetic bubble that you live in.
It used to be a nice place 30 years ago now it is a dangerous filthy mess.
