Review of Wilmington, Delaware

I live in apartments near the PA border....very convenient location to places ike Target, Best Buy, Walmart, etc......the rent for a 1 BR in a decent safe place is at least going to run 800/month if not more....No sales tax makes it a nice place to shop but the general feel of the area is rather boring and routine.
