| It's right by the city, access to lots of things to do. Close to the lake and nature preserve. Small town, with a friendly atmosphere, neighbors look out for each other. I'm a single mom out here and after a year by ourselves we've found a happy medium in comfort. Not too busy, not too boring. Area seems mixed, income wise. Some old money, some poverty and small families. Lots of community activities, churches and a lot of private schooling. They invest a lot into the presence of this lil town.
