Oceanside, California SperlingViews

Hello,

CA due to the economy and other factors has a plan already in action to upgrade the tourism, increase the cost of living and attract new investors. Good plan however the wages are not increasing and the cost of living is now not affordable to the lower classes (obsolete middle class) the poorest are gone, dead or forgotten. The Lower classes are hanging on.

Oceanside, has beautiful coastline views, terrain common to beach cities, a nice sleeping beachtown feel and the people are kinder and community minded. The developers are attracting high end investors and foreign investors to this area. The job market is not too good.

A very nice place to visit San Diego and all it has to offer is very nearby and worth visiting.
