I enjoy riding my scooter, as well as motorcycles and bike riding. Is Little Rock conducive to bike-riding ? How about sidewalks? I ask because the town my mom lives in, Longview, Texas, has absolutely NO sidewalks so it's impossible to take a walk in the city. You have to drive to a park to get in a walk or bide-ride.
