Generally, Delaware public schools are dreadful. Most people that can afford it choose to invest in their child or children by sending them anywhere but to a Delaware  More

I have lived in Newark for 27 years. My great-grandmother owned the Windy Hills development when it was a farm, and my father even grew up in the same house that I did.  More
