They need Christian characters and leadership! - 10/31/2020
Let's start by saying the school curriculum is risible. In fact, they decided last minute to combine grades last year and this year, hurting both side of the spectrum with kids falling behind or not progressing as they should have. When they moved to online learning due to covid-19 it all became a disaster, as they did not following the student as they should have, but sanding YouTube videos classes instead!
The "Christian" aspect is also very marginal, even if this is a self-proclaimed Christian School. A short, very vague, prayer at the beginning of class is all they do, really. The Christian spirit is not there at all, is just a facade.
One positive is that the school is little and cute, the teachers are young (they also have a remarkable turnover and this year they are all new!) and they send out fun and pretty class-dojo updates that make you feel good about an otherwise very disappointing

It's a little oasis in South Florida, a small city with it's own police force (not dependent on the BSO) 80% of the homes are on a canal system that leads right out to the Intracoatsal water way where you can take your boat (that you dock in your backyard) to any type of night life from restaurants to plays or nightclubs (Ft Lauderdale is a short boat ride).
