If beautiful beaches and relax atmosphere are your choice then you should consider East Englewood,Rotonda,or Cape Haze areas. They are skip from Boca Grande,manasota key and the secluded Palm island. The prices for lots are $2,000 still and going fast. The new hurricane code homes are $140,000 and also going fast. You cant beat the prices and location. You are 20 minutes from Sarasota norrth or Fort myers south anoter 20 mi to Naples. great pace to look
