Amazing up and coming area! - 12/23/2016
Excellent area - 15 minutes from DC and Alexandria - 1 exit away from MGM and National Harbor. Great value on home prices! This area is going to also be the home of FBI headquarters. The tax revenue from MGM will only make this a great investment property. The purple line metro is also on it's way. This will be the Next Tysons

I just don't like it here, the people are definitely not friendly at all. At least it is only 15mins from D.C. So there is plenty to do. My favorite place to live would be 20min away in Waldorf.
