The Way of Living In Helena Arkansas - 8/1/2009
My review of Helena Arkansas is that it is a place that is not recommended to live in. Helena Arkansas is a very poor and run-down city. We have a mayor that is very crooked and we have a very poor police system also. Some of the neighborhoods in Helena-West Helena are okay to live in but a lot of them are not worth living in. There are not very many jobs that are in Helena-West Helena besides grocery stores and fast food restaraunts. The Helena-West Helena Public School System is not great. Most things that students do at Central High School and Miller Junior High School is skip class, fight, and sell/smoke drugs. The crime rate is not that high but there is a lot of robbery and stealing. There are not a lot of places for kids and young adults to go. Kids and Young Adults also do not have a lot of places to go shopping besides Wal-Mart and a couple of other places.
